Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff who were constantly keeping us informed every step of the way. Gina Overington is the lady who manages the progression of the sale, is absolutely amazing! She is on top of her game, managed every aspect from the offer to the exchange. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!!!!

GoogleWe instructed Duncan Yeardley on 28th September 2020 and our property was sold just 5 days later. The Senior Valuer, Callum White, arrived on time to carry out the valuation and was very clear and professional in explaining the process. We also had dealings with Judy Henly, the Assistant Sales Manager who negotiated the sale price with the purchaser in a prompt and fair manner. Would thoroughly recommend this company and thank you to Callum and Judy

FacebookJessica Downes was extremely helpful and friendly during our house move. She got things done quickly and was always available to take my call should I have a query. We had a relatively complicated situation and she managed to uncomplicate it and help us in moving into our new home which we love. We also dealt with Pamela Devlin through the referencing process and Tenancy agreement. She was very patient with me through all the many questions I had and I’m very grateful to her for always being so positive and helpful.As an industry professional myself I’ve come across my share of unprofessional and unbothered agents. This was not the case with Duncan Yeardley, I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to move or let their property.

GoogleWe have bought and sold via Duncan Yeardley recently and the team have been absolutely fantastic in their approach and keeping us updated at all times. It was a bumpy ride at times due to the big chain but everything was solved in professional manner. Particular thanks to Lucy who worked hard to get the pieces to fall into place. All calls were returned quickly and emails responded to as same. Would rate them 5* and definitely would choose this agency again.

GoogleThe Guys at Duncan Yeardley succeeded where 2 previous estate agents had failed, they found us a buyer in less than a week and they had done all their homework in confirming that the buyer was in a position to proceed with with the purchase. FacebookWe completed a purchase through Duncan Yeardley in early December and I have to say after a rocky start of being strung along for a while and not communicated the right information through an estate agent who I believe is no longer with the company Lucy stepped in and saved the day. She was fantastic and kept in constant contact with us. I can say if it wasn't for Lucy's service we would have looked elsewhere and it would have been a completely different review. Thank you Lucy !

FacebookThe employees at Duncan Yeardley - in particular Danielle, are really knowledgeable and really listened to the key requirements we were looking for in a property. With this in mind we only ever received email notifications of properties that were suited to our requirements which from my perspective saved us a lot of time. When we found the property we wanted the team - in particular Pamela, were really helpful and made the process seamless. I can not recommend Duncan Yeardley enough, from start to finish they have been amazing and even now we are moved in they are great! 😊
