Emma, Dan and Colin thank you! I sold my flat on jennets park through Sears. Originally I chose the cheapest estate agent but what a mistake that was. I then moved to Sears and they regained my confidence in estate agents. They were considerate of the fact I have a baby so they were super helpful when arranging viewings. They know JP so well and I found them to be honest and friendly. They sold my flat in brilliant time and made helped to make the process seamless from the point of offer. And more importantly they got asking price for me. Thanks guys!!

Unprofessional, rude and pushy staff. My partner and I are searching for a property to rent in the surrounding area, and have had by far the worst experience with sears and the representative Michael. There are several agencies we have spoken with and they were mostly all polite and not pushy. Unfortunately Michael wasn't very helpful when we were trying to arrange a time that wasn't convenient for himself and was very pushy after saying that it would be rented already if we viewed at the time good us. When the time came around for us to view, he was very impolite and unwelcoming, didn't bother to show us round the place, made sarcastic comments and just said bye as we let ourselves out. Really bad post-sale experience. Zero responses to emails, which means having to constantly chase on the phone - such a pain when busy with work and other things to have to try to pin down your EA constantly when all you want is a return email. We’ve asked for months for a sense of the lead time for when our buyer might be able to complete, and never been given an answer. At every stage we’ve had to really push to get the smallest amount of information. Nothing is ever asked for proactively without us pushing it, even months into the process. By comparison, our vendor’s EA is absolutely incredible and so responsive - we do everything via her now because she’s the only one that brings clarity, communicates (and responds to emails!) and gets us updates. We really trust her and we simply don’t have that relationship with Sears, even after raising a complaint after month one about how things were going. Great at sales, but could not recommend at all due to the pain of the post sales experience. Feels like a total waste of money, especially when contrasting with our vendor’s EA.

Genuinely friendly and honest, Thomas and Daniel provided considered and expert advice on both property valuations and lettings without ever giving us the hard sell. Their knowledge of the area and customer base together with the strategic advantage of having offices in both the Jennetts Park area and Bracknell town centre helped convinced us to put our faith in the Sears team. Sears also provided great customer service. Despite being innundated with enquiries, we have always found the Sears team to be responsive to issues and would get back to you to address your concerns if they couldn't do so immediately. We hope to continue using Sears for years to come and would recommend them in a heart beat.
