In the competitive world of estate agency, the team of Tariq, Dan and Jodie at Bradleys Bovey Tracey were outstanding. They did everything and more that one would expect from an estate agent selling one's cottage. Their marketing and descriptions quickly brought in viewings and deftly handled buyers and their expectations, keeping me informed of every development, while following up enquiries. A particularly impressive aspect of their work are their communication skills in keeping both seller and buyer informed promptly, making suggestions and giving expert advice - all relevant parties know precisely what is going on, as it occurs, including liaising with both sets of solicitors. Overall, Tariq leads an exceptional team; professional, personable, approachable with questions, positive, honest and realistic in all aspects dealing with one's property. They are to be highly recommended and commended in all their efforts and work ethic.

We chose Bradleys over two other local estate agents and we never once regretted it. Once we has chosen Tariq and fixed a price he bought round the other two agents from their branch, namely Jodi and Dan. We then spent about an hour all going round the property working out the best features and route. The drone aided film and the brochure were of very high quality. For the next few months the three of them must have shown about 40 interested parties round. Once we has accepted an offer Jodi took over and was always available. The solicitor chosen by Bradleys as part of the deal was head and shoulders better than the ones employed by other parties. There is probably more but enough to say my wife and myself were highly impressed with Bradleys and would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Bovey or Chudleigh areas

Bradleys Taunton Branch Firstly, I requested to view a property. Jordan was the agent, he was blase to say the least, as if it was a chore,no encouragement or people skills. Secondly, I requested a valuation of my property. I had previously put the house on the market with them years ago and withdrawn. Jack came to do the valuation and said "you've got history with us haven't you" very inappropriate. He did a cursory look around and said the valuation was only £130,000, which was very low. I am now putting the property on the market with Gibbins Richard with a valuation of £180,000 and can't praise Gibbins Richards enough for their help.

Sold in 5 days, couldn’t have asked for more!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant. A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10. Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier. Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live. We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter. Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Had a massive challenge to sell my late fathers flat in Devon and after little real progress with a previous estate agent, the team at Bradleys were really proactive right when things were difficult. Their patience, communication and general engagement and support was brilliant with Jodi always on hand to answer one of the multiple questions I had. As things took time due to it being a probate sale, the focus on doing things differently with videos and proactive advertising worked in the end and although the housing market had become difficult, the team did so very well.
