Whites have been honestly been amazing. After experiencing some very difficult times financially, Whites were compassionate and understanding. They communicated our position delicately with the landlord and resolved as much of our worries as possible. This to me is completely unheard of as I have had very poor experiences in the past with other local letting agents / property managers. I will definitely look to use them again and would recommend to anyone. Only one week after having moved out, and they have already confirmed how much and when the deposit will be returned to us Wish you all the best and thank you again

Rent arrears. Damage to property. No support.

Avoid. This agency moved a family into my property without checking any of their references. The family caused £15,000 worth of damage, built up rent arrears and I had to get a court order to evict them. Homes4Let would not even attend Court to act as a witness against the actions of the tenants they had installed. They ignore calls and emails. There must be some kind of licensing body to close down such negligent agents. One star is too many.

Appalling organisation that place violent, drug addicted, noisy people in nice neighborhoods then refuse to take any responsibility for the consequences on decent people's lives. Police have to bear the brunt along with all the neighbours (and taxpayers). They do not have the resources or skills to manage the situation they have got themselves in. Avoid like the plague!
