From the very start of our house search, finding the perfect house for our family, dealing with any complications with solicitors, etc, and calmly seeing things through to exchange and completion, they have been great. GoogleRude and unresponsive, will avoid in future. Tried to book a viewing but the gentlemen on the phone was just plain rude. My husband called earlier and was given a completely different information on a property of what i was told. Rude,unprofessional,will avoid at all costs..

YellExtremely rude customer care from Mr Slade himself
I had a viewing on my house at 230 at 2pm I had a missed call from Slades so I rung back to check viewing was going ahead,I spoke to mr Slades himself,well how this man has a company is beyond me,I stated appointment was at 230 it was 230 and was viewing going ahead as I have two animals I have to put in a car and take out and today is exceptionally hot so wanted to check the missed call wasn’t them cancelling,mr Slades answers were it’s hot here in the office to ? (What does that have to do with my animals)? Then I got told it was 227 not 230 so I said is this your customer service because if so I need my house off the market with you his reply was ok bye bye now and he put phone down.No longer selling through them and would never recommend or do business with this company again.

GoogleSeems the preferred choice of scum landlords renting properties they couldn't care less about as this so called 'estate agent' doesn't ever seem to regularly check the rental properties they manage. A high street 'estate agent' to avoid at all costs unless you're one of the former.

GoogleA truly excellent experience throughout from first meetings right through to completion. Slades looked after both my sale and purchase and I could not have wished for a better agent. They made the whole transaction simple, hassle free and enjoyable. I was regularly updated regarding viewing feedback, and at the latter stages daily updates regarding exchange dates etc. They took all of the stress out of the whole sale and purchase. Having dealt with other local agents previously I would whole heartedly recommend Slades 100% and will definitely use them in the future. You will not find a higher level of service anywhere else locally!! Thank you all.

GoogleReally awful estate agents, as tenants under their care they were nothing but unhelpful. staff are disgustingly rude and I would tell everyone to avoid at all costs. Arrogant unhelpful and charge a huge amount of fees for a shocking service.

I had such a pleasant experience with Slades (Winton Branch) after previous experience with other agents, Slades were by far the most professional and efficient company I have dealt with to date. They made my purchase and subsequently the forward let of my property a very easy and enjoyable experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell or let locally.
