GoogleWe let via Slades and they have been nothing but brilliant! Quick responses to any queries, quick to act on any fixes to the property and everyone we speak to has been incredibly friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Special mention to Vicki, who has always been really great at responding to queries and all round helpful.

GoogleWould 100% recommend Slades. Dimitri handled the sale of my property and provided an excellent service from start to finish. He ensured I was kept up to date throughout, responded to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner and liaised with both solicitors, myself and the buyer to ensure the sale was completed within expected timeframes. Dimi is friendly and professional and I will definately be using slades again when needed in the future.

GoogleI cannot recommend Slades enough as a sales agent. Demitri was brilliant, providing excellent communication from the moment the property was marketed, right through to completion. Could not have asked for more. Slades were so onboard with the sale, that it felt that Demitri was driving the process single handily, liaising with both sides, professionally and with huge experience. GoogleSlades in Winton have recently sold my mother's flat in Westbourne. The professionalism of all the staff has been second to none but I must single out for honourable mention the persistence of Dimitri, a Senior member of the sales team. A tricky sale achieved with courtesy and grace. I recommend Slades in Winton without hesitation.

Despite two sales falling through due to issues in the chain outside of Slades control they were excellent in keeping us up to speed and we were confident in their service to us. We primarily dealt with Dimi, but also Chris, both were very personable and professional. GoogleWow! I've just read the reviews for this estate agent and I couldn't agree more! I've had first class service from them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. I have only ever experienced 'mediocre' estate agents before, but using Slades has been a whole new experience. If only all estate agents were as knowledgeable and worked as tirelessly as these guys do. Both Chris and Dimitri have been amazing, their communication has been superb (which counts for a lot!), and as it is clear others are, I am very grateful to them both. Very impressed!

GoogleThanks to Chris and Dimitri from Slades who did a fantastic job in supporting our house sale especially when we had to quickly re-market our property. Effectively they found us two acceptable buyers helping ensure we didn't lose our forward purchase. The support we then received throughout a lengthy conveyancing process was excellent with constant and timely communication and pro-active chasing throughout the chain. Chris and Dimitri's expert knowledge of the local market proved invaluable as their relationships with local solicitors and other estate agents helped move things along. GoogleHaving purchased a property recently I was impressed with the level of support that was provided by Dimitri up to and including after completion. He ensured I was kept updated throughout and worked with me to salvage things when the chain was about to collapse, he listened to my concerns and acted swiftly to communicate this to the relevant parties and ensured action was taken where necessary. Thanks to Dimitri, the obstacles that were encountered throughout the process were managed effectively and he even added some humour! GoogleWorking with Slades is beyond easy! Communication is exceptional, informative and honest. Recently had issues with the front door locking system and issues with our oven, this was arranged and sorted with reputable engineers with speed and ease. Understandably this is the duty of the agents to assist, however this care to detail hasn't been my experience previously with other properties. Highly recommend Chris and the team.

GoogleCalled to book a viewing and they said "we have alot of viewings there today and it's probably going to go today" Proceeded to call about it the next day and they booked me in, then took time off work to make it to the viewing only for them to call me an hour before the viewing and cancel saying "the landlord has chosen someone who viewed it this morning but we have another one elsewhere, I'll send you the details, I'm not gonna-" and doesn't send me the details
Hello Vi, I am very sorry you are clearly not happy however I must say that this conversation you mention just is not true. You actually called us replying to a MISSED CALL on your phone from earlier today, at the same time you couldn't pick up that call we sent you an email informing you that the landlord had accepted another offer and that we needed to cancel your appointment. I am sorry that you were unable to pick up the phone call or the email we sent you earlier in the day to inform you of the situation.
