Finding a suitable house to rent in today’s turbulent properly market is, to say the least, problematical. Fortunately for us we came across Saxe Coburg, and in particular their lettings manager Oksana Belykova. She was extremely helpful and as a result we successfully completed a rental contract.

I have only recently started to let my property through Saxe Coburg but I have already been impressed by their service. I deal with Jason Dean and found him to be courteous, professional and efficient. Probably what I find most useful about my interactions with Jason is the speed with which he responds to emails and questions.

I live next door to a property these guys manage. I reported a problem to them months ago. Despite numerous chasing emails they have done absolutely nothing to address the issue. Would not recommend!!

We had a slightly unusual situation, trying to find a home entirely from abroad, Abi really couldn't have been more helpful, she really fought our corner and got us a stunning property, where other agencies weren't even interested in a friend viewing on our behalf. Absolutely would recommend to use these guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We were so impressed with the work of the Saxe Coburg Bournemouth team, specifically Lynn - supported by Lesley, who recently sold my late mother's East Cliff apartment. Throughout the process they were totally responsive and communicative. We always knew of progress and the current status. They practised "straight-talk" throughout. If our expectations in terms of sale price or timescales were unrealistic, they were not afraid of telling us so. And their understanding of the market proved to be spot-on. They ensured that the purchaser and ourselves were always in-sync, thus avoiding nasty surprises. The end-result? An outcome both parties are very happy with. I highly recommend them.
