Saxe Coburg Bournemouth reviews

We invited a few agents round when we wanted to put our house up, Lyn was by far the most professional and knowledgable, since then on a pretty epic journey her and Lesley have remained unflappable, down to earth and extremely capable, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Actually they sold our home without even putting it on the market 2 days after we’d told them we were going with them! Thank you for it all, hope we never move again but if we do I know who we’d call 🙏

I have been extremely impressed with the speed & ease of engagement with Oksana at Saxe Coburg for my short term let. From an accompanied viewing on a Weds evening, I was in the property by the Saturday afternoon when speed was of the essence for me. Oksana responded to contact very quickly and efficiently and guided me every step of the way in an assured & personable manner. She also managed my expectations to a tee. Many thanks Darren Elmes

What a refreshing difference when renting my new home. Oksana and her team at Saxe Coburg were quite simply brilliant. Oksana went out of her way to make my experience perfect. My new home was clean and fresh for me to move straight into. The dreaded inventory was super simple and easy to review & amend, as needed. I couldn't be more thankful nor happy for such a great experience!

Okasana is the best we could ask for when renting a place she does everything in place before hand and gives us less to no hassle when submitting the documents or doing the checks for the house, she was able to get us moved into our new house less than week. I would suggest anyone who goes to saxe Coburg to get Oksana at your side for easier life🫡.

Oksana could not have been more helpful during the whole process. I required somewhere to live quickly and Oksana managed to have all or the required checks and references completed, meaning I could move in the day after viewing the property. Oksana went above and beyond to pull everything together and I could not be more grateful. She made a stressful period in my life feel like it was a very smooth process.

Lesley and the team at Saxe Coburg Bournemouth, could not have provided a better service for us. From beginning to end they kept us updated and communicated with all parties involved to ensure the sale progressed as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them again when the time arises.

Had a bit of a tricky first commercial rental (for reasons beyond our control) but was very impressed with the service received from Oksana and the team at Saxe Coburg. They swiftly resolved any background issues to make the process continue smoothly. Many thanks for your professional approach all :)

I contacted your office at 2pm on a Thursday and was told the sales team was not working that afternoon and to call back the next day. No attempt was made to assist me further or arrange a callback, despite my enquiry relating to selling my property and viewing one currently listed with your agency. When I indicated I would contact another agent, the response was dismissive and the call was ended. This interaction reflects poorly on the agency. Basic customer service was lacking, and first impressions suggest a lack of professionalism that would likely deter prospective clients. It is disappointing to see potential business worth thousands lost due to minimal effort from staff.

I am very pleased to leave a review regarding my whole experience with Saxe Coburg Property Experts and in particular Oksana Belykova. She has gone above and beyond to find lovely tenants for my property and sort absolutely everything out for me whilst during a family tragedy. Without her I could not have coped. Absolute angel and the service from this company will not be found anywhere else.

From start to finish, Josh and Clair were superb. They go the extra mile, respond fast and are brilliant at what they do. The amount of work they put in to secure my purchase and to help the vendor is unparalled. I would absolutely recommend them and I have nothing but thanks for how theyve helped and assisted. Great team!

Water is pouring into my flat and saxe coburg the block management company has not called me back for six weeks. Have zero faith in this company.

I recently purchased my first property which I extremely happy with. Lynn was my estate agent throughout the process and was very professional, friendly and helpful to any requests I made. I would highly recommend using Saxe Coburg as they are far better than most estate agents on the market.

Having not moved for 11 years, the prospect of selling our flat was both exciting and slightly daunting. However the team at Saxe Coburg, especially Clair has been great. Communication along the way to completion really made all the difference with Clair keeping everyone informed and aligned during the process. Many thanks!

Wow What a great service. I am not one to usually leave a review however the support we had from Clair Clark was above and beyond her role. We had so many difficulties with our purchase through no fault of Saxe Coburg yet they advised and supported us through every step of the process, following up and chasing things that needed to be completed and keeping up to date on a daily basis. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever needed to buy or sell another property. Clair was outstanding and although we had so many hurdles to get over she helped us every step of the way. We are so grateful to finally be happy in our beautiful new home. Thank you so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have encountered the most experienced professional and efficient assistance on my Sale and Purchase from Lynn Kravos at a time when most needed to assist me in sucessfully completing on both transactions. The service from Lynn and her team was excellent and second to none.
