YellAppalling service
I have only given them one star as there are no options to give no stars. As said in the previous review, they are shoddy in regard to paperwork, blame the customer, repeatedly fail to return calls and appear to have little or no regard for their customers.

Appalling service from start to finish, they lost paperwork, got the wrong rates, emailed the wrong people for payment in a student let. Now after a years rental they are withholding deposit, which looking at the rest of the reviews seems to be the norm!

My daughter is currently in the process of renting a student house through Mcconnell. So far we have found them to be great to deal with and all of my queries and concerns have been answered by their administration team.

I dealt with another company last year and found mcconnell property group head and shoulders above them. I was organised and got all my paperwork back within a week and had no problems moving my daughter in.

As a Guarantor, i was dubious to guarantee my sons rent for a whole year (naturally). However, we found Mconnells to be very reassuring and informative as to what was required. Good company
