We were moving from Nottingham and all the liaising took place over the phone apart from house viewing ofcourse. Marque Allan was very prompt with answering all our calls and helped us to move in to the property at a convenient time. Efficient in sending all the paper works that needed doing and kept us up to date in all the process of renting the property. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. A very satisfied customer.

From the very start more properties could not have been more professional. Communication was excellent and we were helped through every step of the letting procedure. Marque Allan is a friendly, helpful and professional manager and we could not be more happy to rent a property from his company. The property was in excellent order and all paperwork was efficiently delivered. I cannot thank them enough.
