What can I say about More Properties? Nothing but the best experience ever, when experiencing them personally. Marque and his team made my transition from moving out of my own property and into rented accommodation, the smoothest process I could ask for. I was able to explain my situation to Marque and he took the most empathetic and understanding approach to ease me into the change. Since having moved, I have been away for a few weeks and he has even feed my tropical fish! 6 stars out of 5! Personal and public big thanks to you Marque, you run such a brilliant ethic and I think I now owe you a favour in the future?! I can't recommend More Properties enough, to anyone wishing to rent or buy! You would be making a mistake by overlooking them, that's for sure!

If you have money this is the place to go if your a single parent with children then don’t bother they don’t even follow the law guidelines. They will leave you 5 days with no hot water or heating with babies under a year old.. they don’t even offer to help supply heaters you have to go out and get them your self and then won’t pay back the extra electricity you have had to use either.. can’t wait to find a new home

I cannot recommend Marque Allan highly enough. He has gone out of his way to meet up with me out of hours to show me a property for rent. I unfortunately let him down on one occasion and still he kept the friendly, professional attitude He has been so honest and helpful that it feels like I am dealing with a long time associate instead of someone that I have just recently met. Marque has kept in touch with me, updating me with regards to the rental property and called me several times long after business hours were over. He really is a committed professional. It would seem that nothing is too much for this man to do to ensure that his customers are looked after and catered for. Thank you for this experience Marque!

Everything a landlord could want from a letting agent

More Property provides excellent value for money and we particularly like the the legal and rent guarantee cover from LetsXL, which also does the tenant referencing and credit checks. Both Marque and Tony dealt with us in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times. Marque was accurate in his assessment of our property (the first viewer is now our tenant) and Tony provided a first-rate inventory service. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Most helpful agent ever

Marque is the most helpful and caring estate agent we have ever dealt with and he is so kind. He went out of his way on a Sunday to show us the property we bought. We lived a couple of hours from the property and so he met decorators, plumber etc. on site, so that by completion everything was organised. We will always be grateful to him and highly recommend his company.

I would give only 1star. However, it would be really unfair because of an agent who was extremely friendly and professional (Katy). I don't know much about agencies' rules and principles but what I do know is that if you are a father of two and a manager with a good job, both you and your partner working full time, planning to move to another city, having a first viewing of a property with More Property and making an offer won't let you rent that property. If there is a local family having a viewing after you, they will get it. I feel like it was a personal choice of the agent or landlord as I have been renting for a while and after making an offer, usually it was just a question of holding fee, reference check, payments and then the contract. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
