We are so pleased we chose Meyers Estate Agent, having not moved house for 12 years we selected them based on the great first impression Dave made from his initial visit but didn't have any specific recommendations. All the team go above and beyond throughout the whole process with timely, clear communication, realistic genuine advice and we really felt like they were there to support us throughout from start to finish. We had a long chain of 6 houses and it really was down to Dave and the team that we exchanged when we did - he went the extra mile to sort out final communication with solicitors, agents and vendors resulting in a positive end result benefiting us all. We bought our property via Meyers and had an excellent experience. The team communicated with us regularly via both phone and Whatsapp keeping us fully updated at all points. We had a long and difficult process due to some challenges on our sale and Meyers worked super hard to keep the chain in place. Our solicitor called out their efforts, as being the key success factor in us managing to complete ahead of the stamp duty deadline. It's easy to say 'highly recommend' but we are also selling another property via Meyers because we know they do such a great job. We had about 5 estate agents around to discuss selling our house, Meyers came across really professional and explained that they would communicate/check all parts of the chain to ensure everything moves as smoothly as it can. They were extremely positive and were very easy and willing to discuss any aspect of the process. I then checked out who was the best on get agent and Meyers were the top performer for getting nearest to the asking price. So I decided to use these guys and I have to say it was best the decision I made. The communication was superb and Dom looked after us every step of the way making sure that all our questions and queries were dealt with extremely quickly. Any issues in the chain were managed very well and we really felt we had the personal touch. They even helped us with some recommendations for solicitors and removal company both of which we used and proved to be an excellent choice also. We even found our new home through Meyers and the whole process took less than 3 months in a pandemic and Christmas break included. Dave and Dom were brilliant they gave really good advise. As they had clients actively looking for a property like ours they arranged one afternoon of viewings prior to going on the market. After a nightmare with another local estate agent, we found our house being sold by meyers and they couldn’t have been more helpful, transparent and reliable. Natasha showed us the property, we offered on the spot and got a call 5 minutes later saying we’d got it, after that Natasha provided constant communication between us, the vendor and all parties involved. Meyers estate agents Bournemouth were the sellers agents on a recent flat I purchased. Generally I felt they handled the process very well keeping me informed and the purchase moving as quickly as possible. Carrie was helpful and always quick to respond. They have a local, small family feel. My only negatives would be the property was below the standard I had seen months earlier and the moving day was frustratingly delayed. Overall I would be happy to recommend them and had a positive experience.

David, Chris and Nicole were top class and kept us informed every step of the way. David's valuation was spot on. He arranged superb professional internal and external photographs and produced a high quality sales brochure. Internet presence on Rightmove and Zoopla was second to none.
