Dear Samuel, We understand that you are disappointed with the outcome of the deposit return as you’ve damaged the hob at the property and we deducted an amount to cover 50% of the replacement cost of said hob, as we agreed with the landlord that you were at fault but that it was fair to charge a % due to the hob not being brand new. Dear Todor, We are surprised to read your comments and we are sorry that you feel this way. You vacated the property some 4 months ago. We have assisted you in breaking the contract early without penalty. We ensured that the landlord gave you the right to leave as you had split up with your partner without further costs and with only one month's notice despite the fact that your agreement had a further 5 months remaining. Perhaps if you have raised your concerns at the time we would have been able to assist you?
