Put simply, I have never had such a great and supportive service from a lettings agent, as that given to me from Karen and Kelsey. If there were 6 stars, I would give them here. They not only explain the process well, but go out of their way to find the right tenant and listen to my own concerns along the way, always professional and prompt with replies to queries. They kept in touch excellently either on Whatsapp or by phone. Other local agents had better watch out, as these two are smashing it!!

My experience of Fox and Sons relates not so much with the company as the people I deal with on a regular basis who work for them. I have been dealing for about twenty years with the Lettings team duo, mother and daughter, Karen and Kelsey, and for me their service has been exemplary. I sometimes get frustrated in the last year or so, that the phone is not always answered, because they are too busy, but I short circuit this by going into the office and get the matter resolved. I value their service., and on the basis of how I am treated have no hesitation in recommending them to others. There is always room for improvement, so I'm not a five star person.
