GoogleJosh and Matthew made purchasing my flat 2 years ago an absolute breeze. I sold it this year through them and they did an outstanding job again. Straight talking, realistic and informative. My flat sold within hours and the whole process was very straightforward thanks to their hard work in managing any problems along the way. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

GoogleWhen I attempted to sell my rental property in Boscombe and after an horrific experience lasting many months with one of the 'chain' Estate Agents in Boscombe, (I wont name them here, but let's just say it rhymes with Harm or Hell!), I decided to give Bullock and Lees a call. What a brilliant decision that was! Matthew Charlesworth immediately took the baton and within a couple of weeks had found a buyer. The process from that moment on was as smooth as could be. Matthew regularly gave me updates and always took my calls and responded very quickly to any emails. I would definitely recommend Bullock and Lees who are a credit to their industry.

GoogleMatthew, Josh offer a property service that is so very hard to find anywhere else these days. They are at the top of their profession where problems and questions seemed to be anticipated in advance. They took all the issues I had in their stride, which made the whole sales process easy and uncomplicated. I experienced excellent service at a very reasonable cost, and Bullock and Lees is the estate agents I will use again if and when required. I thoroughly recommend them, well done to all the team.

GoogleFirst night in our new house and we could not be happier! If there was an option for thousand stars I would give it to these guys. We been messed about by other agent and had to pull out half way through the process and thought that won’t find another house by the arrival of our twin babies. Because of Bullock and Lees we are in even better house than the original one and plenty of time before due date. Buying a house can be very stressful experience, but not when you dealing with agents like that! Thank you guys!

GoogleI have had a superb service from Bullock and Lees estate agency. All the members of staff were super friendly and efficient. My personal agent was Josh as he was totally amenable, extremely proficient and he kept me informed throughout the whole process of my purchase of the property they were selling. Josh, as with the other members of the agency have a natural way about them, they made it easy and comfortable to go through such a normally stressful process with compassion and efficiency. What is a normally drawn out and laborious process was manoeuvred really well and because of their diligent action and persistent undertakings all parties were kept moving along and focused to make my goal of completion date a reality. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this family firm.

GoogleI have been renting almost all of my adult life and I have moved around more than most, therefore I have many different experiences with estate agents and landlords. The service I received from Marina and the rest of the team at Bullock and Lee’s was exceptional. It was one of the smoothest transitions through the renting process, I have ever seen or experienced. This was done with complete transparency and consideration. I would highly recommend using these guys for anything property related. Great, friendly, honest, reliable and efficient. I should also add that the fact Marina speaks multiple languages was a massive help when referring my family and employee's. GoogleJosh came highly recommended to us through a friend who had just recently bought and sold through him. A massive thanks to him for handling the sale of my dad's house. At times this was a very stressful process but he was there every step with his professional yet friendly advice and support. And the lovely touch of a bottle of bubbles upon exchange of contracts was very much appreciated and enjoyed! We would be very happy to use Josh again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
