GoogleTrying to relocate to Bournemouth area and willingness to try and book in a viewing for properties is being left very last minute with next to no consideration for travel times during a time with train strikes.
I simply want to book a viewing in advance for the following week but am being told to call on Monday for a viewing the next day providing me no opportunity to make travel arrangements and I was told 'Because it is Christmas time'.
When trying to ask for a viewing for next week just got a repeat of the same reasoning and I said simply not to worry about it and got hung up on.
Disappointing. I just want to view properties and book in a viewing with enough time to actually plan my travel around current train strikes. I was being advised to leave it until the new year but I need to move out of my current place in the new year.
Feels like the agent was reluctant to help and is concerned only about leaving for Christmas Holiday.

I was very disappointed to see your 1 star review of my company. We try really hard to give exemplary customer service which you will see from our many, genuine 5 star reviews.
As a “part time model and circus performer” with little demonstrable income (and if I may say, a rather high opinion of yourself) it is unlikely that any of our landlords would have offered you a tenancy anyway, but we tried to make the appointment with you out of courtesy.
You spoke to my office twice in the run up to Christmas and both I and my colleague offered an appointment to you any time over a ten or eleven day period (including the whole weekend) but you were unable to find the time to come over from Brighton and see the flat; which by the way was getting several viewings a day from other parties as there is such a shortage of available homes in Bournemouth at the moment.
We, along with most companies, closed for Christmas on Thursday the 22nd and you could have come at anytime up to then but were not able to. With respect, that was not our problem and plenty of others did come and see the flat and it was of course then let to one of them.
We feel therefore that your one star review, in context, is pretty unfair and we hope that any potential customer reading this response will understand the true situation and dismiss its relevance as to how we run our business.
I wonder how you would feel if the situation were reversed and, after putting your heart and soul into one of your circus performances, all you got was a one star review?
Maybe think about that the next time you fire up your keyboard into warrior mode…..?
