TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleMy brother is letting his flat out via Fox and Sons and paid a 2% premium to guarantee payments on time each month. The first month paid on 21st September and now it is the 12th October and still not paid for this month. Use another agent if you can.

GoogleRussell helped me with my re-mortgage earlier this month, he was very helpful and assisted me in finding the best deal for my needs. I even saved some money from my previous rate, so would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for their next mortgage product.

Customer service is great at first but once they’ve got you they couldn’t care less. Staff are rude and are always ‘too busy’
