I would recommend Ellis & Co Bounds Green Estate & Letting Agents to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the area they cover. Tony, Mark and Tina can't be beaten for the prompt support and advice they provide. I sold my house within 4 weeks and had multiple viewings from genuine buyers. The interim period between buying and exchange and completion was made easier due to the friendly approach of all of the team. Lovely people terrific service.

Bounds Green office Ellis & co - Nic, mark and Tina have been amazing! They helped us find a beautiful flat as we are first time renters. They made us feel relaxed at ease from looking at the flat to getting our offer accepted , processing our references. If we had any questions they are quick to respond back with an answer. I had previously left a really positive review for the Bounds Green branch of Ellis & Co, however I am revising this due to the dishonesty which has now come to light. When viewing the property, I asked about the state of the boiler and was led to believe there were no issues. Then when I picked up the keys I was given a random part and told there were issues. Within hours of moving in the boiler went, I had to call an emergency engineer and it has gone many times since that visit. It is not fit for purpose. For the record, there are a number of other snags, which I am perfectly happy to take responsibility for but I specifically asked about the boiler!! I would suggest clients exercise extreme caution and make sure all items which are of particular importance are responded to in writing.

A great company. From the beginning of our renting experience, Ellis and Co were helpful, quick to reply, reliable and professional. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and answered all of our questions promptly. We have been living in our flat for 2 months now, and Ellis & Co have been quick to respond to any problems (not that there have been many), always available to answer questions by phone and email, and generally very pleasant to have as agents. I've recently bought out of the area, but during my stay in Bounds Green, the whole team at Ellis were helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. They were great in finding me a competitive rental in Bounds Green, and managed the whole tenancy process professionally and efficiently throughout. They always responded immediately to any concerns we might have had, and all problems were quickly resolved using their team of regular tradespeople - all skilled, polite and excellent! We received excellent service from Mr. Nikolaou, the process was very fast, they helped us a lot in matters of information about processes such as credit history and in general where we had for it was the first time we rented a house without the bills and without furniture. Both the price of the house and its condition are impeccable with the office providing constant support on technical issues. They recommend it unreservedly. Most of time before of contract they will offer you every things and they promise every things you want but after you sign your contract most of time they ignore you. I purchased my flat through Ellis and Co in Queens parade Bounds Green. I had been looking for a property in the Bounds Green and Bowes Park area for a while. I thought it prudent to try and form a good relationship with some of the local agents in the area and found the team at Ellis and Co by far the most helpful and courteous. Tony and Ravi really knew the area well and were able to give me a good insight into the local market. When I finally found a property I liked, they were incredibly professional and patient in dealing with what ended up being a difficult purchase. We recently purchased a property through Ellis and co and would fully recommend them. From booking our first viewing right to collecting the keys these processes were made so much easier with the help from Ellis and co and specifically Tony. They were able to move appointments to times that suited us, were always at the end of the phone when we have questions, mediated any problems after surveys and provided updates when needed.
