The initial renting of a property and moving in was a breeze and couldn't fault the team for that. However anything to do with repairs of property management was nothing short of shameful. It took 2 weeks to get a leaking bath fixed, 3 months to get a broken dishwasher fixed and 2 weeks and a flooded kitchen to get a washing machine fixed while the agent was on holiday. Also I had to do the job of Jordan Kirkwood as he was unable to find a handy many to fix 1 broken door and instead charged over £800 to replace an entire fitted wardrobe instead. I had to arrange, attend, measure, photograph and source someone to repair this instead of Clyde properties. When we did eventually move out all the documents from Clyde properties just said "all good" originally about the property but when moving out I received over 70 photographs looking like crime scene photos about every single but of dust behind a radiator or in the corner of a carpet. Overall this cost an extra £170 for "cleaning" I did ask for the area managers details for a complaint but never heard back and that was about 9 months ago.

If you value your sanity avoid letting from this business at all costs.While the letting manager is friendly and helpful when arranging the let, the business is extremely ineffective in enacting and chasing up repairs.I have had a number of issues from faulty wall sockets, issues with lighting to holes in the roof that due to not being dealt with quickly resulted in birds nesting in the loft.Having given clyde property plenty of opportunity to resolve the issues they then proceed to play the blame game with the landlord and will look for any excuse even trying to pass the blame onto the tenant or blaming covid.One of the most unprofessional businesses and landlord I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Horrible branch. I was booked for a viewing at 18:30 and waited an hour for nobody to arrive. Contacted the office the next day and they advised me that it was an error as the viewing wasn't booked in the diary. I was then told that I would be given "priority" when it comes to viewing. I was then booked a few days later for another property viewing at 18:00. I received another call at 10:30 on the day of the viewing stating that the property is no longer available after me and my partner taking time off work to attend. Horrible service and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for property.
