I would highly recommend Steph and her team to sell your house. All the team have a fantastic enthusiasm and they are always very happy to help. It was always a pleasure to speak to them and you felt they were always interested in you.This started before we even had our house on the market or had signed a contract, I regularly spoke with them on various houses/questions. When your house is for sale they have a great online platform that allows you to keep updated with viewings/offers without having to keep calling them to confirm. I found the whole experience fantastic.

We contacted Clyde Property as a house came on market which we were interested in. They quickly arranged a viewing within a day of contacting them . I then requested a another viewing with my builder and again very obliging. We couldn’t manage to get builder so had to then rearrange another day which they again tried to accommodate us .After each viewing they would call me for a update . We had 3 viewings and put a offer in for closing date . We are delighted to say our offer was accepted and looking forward to moving into our new home soon . Thank you Nicole & Rachel

There are honestly no words to describe how lovely the experience has been with Steph, Piper & Rachel at Clyde Property, Bothwell! We have been searching for about a year and have had the most horrendous experience with every estate agent we have encountered - from being dismissive, rude, nonchalant and could barely get a call back - and this includes other branches of Clyde Property unfortunately. We were at the end of our tether and felt so disheartened at the experiences we were encountering, that we had given up all hope of enjoying this massively life changing purchase we were looking to make. The first call I made to Clyde, Bothwell was an absolute GAME CHANGER! I spoke to Piper and she was just so lovely, knowledgeable and personable, I instantly felt this massive relief that at long last, this should have been it all along. Piper was extremely proactive with having information sent over in a flash, and when I got a follow up call the next day, I couldn’t believe it! So much so that when I told my husband, he thought I was pulling his leg! We drove around 450 miles to view a property so we were really looking forward to it. We met Steph there for the first time and again, instantly felt so comfortable and just really enjoyed the whole experience there with Steph. We really wanted things to work out with the property as we were just as vested in the bricks and mortar as we were with the team at Clyde, Bothwell! For a week or so we were out of the country but Rachel continued to keep us in the loop which was hugely reassuring - particularly at a time of feeling quite helpless. Rachel couldn’t have been any more attentive and for that, we were actually able to relax on holiday! Both of us genuinely could not speak more highly of the team at Clyde, Bothwell - every single call, email and encounter has been impeccable on their part and they have honestly made our dream purchase even more special by being with us every step of the way. Our heartfelt praise goes way beyond a 5 star rating - its off the chart in reality! Our doors will be forever open to Steph, Piper & Rachel - we owe you a celebratory drink!

Everyone has their reasons 4 selling their home, believe me this was a massive decision for me especially when I’m about to sell a home I love, great memories, the best neighbours etc I needed an estate agent who would be their 4 me every step of the way, good communication, work together and be professional..Let’s just say at first I choose the wrong estate agents Then I had a chat with the lovely Stephanie again, I trusted my home with Clyde the best decision I madeProfessional, great communication, we all worked together the guy who done my video was outstanding, pictures were incredible, marketing was impeccable. Could not recommend these guys enough. From the day i made to first call to the day we got the keys all the way to the present day it has been an absolute delight dealing with the team at the Bothwell branch & a special mention to Jennifer for Keeping us fully up to date with everything during the application and even after getting our new family home she has continued to be supportive and ensure me and my family are safe & happy in out new home. Only negative thing i may add is google only lets me rate 5 starts and they deserve 10.

Had a great experience with the Bothwell branch when enquiring about a viewing for a house. Emailed regarding a viewing, received a quick reply and phone call arranging a day and time suitable for myself and partner. Francis was excellent, called before she arrived at the house and allowed us to wait on my partner arriving. Very professional and gave a real feel good factor to our viewing experience. Nothing was too much and all our questions were answered in a professional manner. Francis was also kind enough to let us see the house again once we had put an offer in for the house. I recently moved to Glasgow and had to go through the standard process of organising viewing with several different estate agents - I can state unequivocally that Clyde Property Bothwell were by far the best! They were punctual for every viewing, friendly and engaging, and very knowledgeable about each property. Other companies were showing up late to viewings or cancelling last minute, or trying to play the game of 'ooh there's lots of interest so you should probably pay an unreasonable amount of rent upfront' (Slater, Hogg & Howison Lettings were particularly bad for this). Josh at Clyde Property has been great to work with - very friendly, great at answering any l questions I had and guiding me through the process of renting in a new country. I was particularly impressed by how available the company are - 7 days a week at practically any time! Overall, very pleased with my experience with Clyde and would definitely recommend!

Desperate and incompetent estate agent. I contacted them about a house they were advertising and arranged a viewing to go and see it. To cut a long story short, my appointment was not booked and it was only discovered when I phoned to re-confirm the appointment on the day AND to chase up the home report which was requested but never received. It then took another 3 calls and 4 emails from me chasing them, to finally get the information I asked for. A simple task could not be completed. The worst part is, not only was I told "how popular this property is" on EACH and EVERY communication I had with them... the lady who re-arranged my appointment was blatantly rhyming off FULL names of all the other people who were booked in to view the house that evening in a sort of "thinking out loud" kind of way in a pathetic attempt to let me know that there were alot interest and alot of other viewings. This to me is a complete breach of customer's data protection and did not sit well with me. I wonder if my name and viewing time was given to any other customers in the same manner?? The viewing itself was also a complete shambles. Despite the fact that the agent was friendly enough, the agency staggered all of the viewings - again, obviously in an attempt to show that there was alot of interest in the house however, it just caused it to be completely awkward for everyone involved. There were about 10 people in one house all at the same time, bumping into each other in the passing and 1 agent trying to divide his time between everyone. Overall, it was a complete disaster. For this reasons mentioned above, we have decided NOT to proceed with putting in an offer on this house as I just cant face dealing with this agent. I would not recommend using this agent to buy or sell a property.

I would highly recommend the team at Clyde Property Bothwell (previously Hamilton). Liam was very knowledgeable on the local market which was really helpful when considering the asking price. The photographs he took of my property were stunning resulting in 16 viewers and a closing date being set within 2 weeks of it going on the market. In the end they achieved 12% over home report value for me and 20% over the asking price. The whole team were easy to deal with and always on had to answer queries, even out with normal office hours.

The transformation of my property from a long-term (18 years) ‚buy-to-let‘ status to a ‚sale‘ status was not a trivial process. It involved an incredible amount of steps to get it to where it had to be to be able to sell it. Numerous people were involved to co-ordinate all the steps, do all the work, a lot of work, has to be said. Essential for success was effective communication between all the parties, including myself, all the time. I have to say that I am mega impressed with all of this. Fantastic service, very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly staff. No pressure to sign up with them to sell property, given time to think things over . They arranged everything from start to finish. Communication and feedback was excellent, as was their marketing of the property . It sold within three days. Photos and video of property was of a very high standard. The office staff and valuer were most helpful in every way , they took care of all viewings.
