Terrible communication; seems like staff don’t know what they are going. Wasted so much of my time and energy. No positive outcome even after chasing so many times.

TrustpilotWould give a zero if possible
Would give a zero if possible. Tried to get a viewing with a property they never returned our call. When we did get through they said the house had sold. It was massively under valued. Mmm wonder who bought it??

William H Browns Lettings use Sequence Homes to ‘manage’ their properties. Landlords and tenants should both read reviews on Sequence before committing to WHB Lettings. WHB 8/10 for my property, Sequence 0/10. Sequence are awful.

TrustpilotSly and underhanded
Twice, offers accepted, mortgage in place and solicitors instructed. Seller pulls out, gazumped. Should try a lockout agreement in future, wasted two months of time and money with these jokers.

Ryan at the Cowgate branch was very helpfuland listened to what we were looking for in a property. Not the usual rush rush situation you find yourself in with estate agents.

TrustpilotDo not rent with this company
William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.

TrustpilotUseless in every way
Useless in every way. Poor communication, misinformation, false promises, antagonising and losing our potential buyers, dragging their feet with documentation. Absolutely nothing to recommend them whatsoever. Would give them 5 minus stars if it were possible
