GoogleVery poor/inaccurate photos for the property, and deceitful staff. We travelled half way across the country to view a property, to not only find the state of the property considerably different to the advertised photos, but they'd hidden one side of the house where the property is not structurally safe. After various contacts with the company prior to our visit, and reminders that it'd be a very long travel, they still decided to hide this and make us travel down to find out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Naturally, we are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, however, we are somewhat confused by your review as all viewings are subsequently followed up in order to obtain feedback and we are not aware of the scenario you describe. We always ensure that great care is taken not to intentionally deceive or mislead. We take your comments extremely seriously and would, therefore, invite you to contact us as we wish to identify the property to which you refer and learn from your feedback. Thank you. We are disappointed that you have not come back to us, therefore, as you have not made any contact with us in the last 7 weeks, we must assume that your review was made in error and have confused us with another agent.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agent from start to finish. No pressure to put on the market once we had a valuation and after we did kept us informed every step of the way. Had viewings within days and sold after 3 weeks. A pleasure to do business with and every member of the team friendly and helpful. Fully reccomended.

We are new buyers and had no idea what we was doing and they supported us and guided us all the way through. GooglePro's: - Friendly staff, quick to respond to emails and phone calls - Updates over phone are easy to understand and to the point - Professionals I'd recommend to any family or friends Con: - One slight hiccup with the computer systems their end but very quickly remedied and quickly forgotten about when sorted When my sister gets into house searching I'll be more than ready to recommend this Agent. To top it off, they have a finance specialist who has an office just above their building, meaning you're getting a two birds one stone and less hassle when getting that first home.

GoogleBest estate agent I have ever dealt with - by far. I recently sold a house in Boston with Sharman Burgess and they were first class from start to finish. They rang me to keep me informed at every step of the process and liaised with me, the buyer and both solicitors to keep the process moving. From start to finish was speedy and stress-free. I dealt with Lewis, Scott and Andrew and all 3 were helpful and friendly. I have no connection with or personal interest in this company, but felt I should leave a glowing review as I was so impressed with them.

GoogleEasily the best estate agency I've dealt with, and I've dealt with a few. They helped me sell my late mother's bungalow in Winston Gardens, Boston, and helped to ensure the whole process was completely smooth: from valuation through to completion Sharmans were completely professional and efficient. They helped me to get a good price from the buyer and then helped me navigate the selling process. Communication with the solicitors was excellent, and Sharmans' staff proved very adept at chasing up small problems and sorting minor stuff such as taking final meter readings (I live miles from Boston). Nothing was too much trouble. All in all, thoroughly recommended. I wish I had another house to sell just so I could deal with them again!

GoogleContacted a few agents when selling my parent's house in Old Leake. The team did a fantastic job of advertising the house, arranging the visits and photographer and dealing with all of the details for the sale. Given that I am now based in Nottingham, they worked around when I needed to be at the property and kept me informed the whole way through. They were upfront with their pricing and were always incredibly helpful with any concerns or enquiries. I would really recommend them.

GoogleI had a shaky start with Sharman burgess as a buyer with staff shortages leading to delays seeing a property. The company owner made a special effort however to arrange a viewing for a great property as I was only in the area a short time. I appreciated this very much and since that viewing have revived some helpful other properties, together with candid information regarding one I was interested in. I can’t thank them enough for being flexible in accommodating my needs.
