GoogleHighly recommend Sharman & Burgess as they were highly professional when dealing with our sale. Michelle was our main contact and she was a star. Kept us up to date, informed us everyday even when a new email come through just after we had spoken. Looking back michelle made the whole process alot less stressful for me & Alex not forgetting to make it easy to understand what was happening/timescales etc. She pushed and pushed for a date that the whole chain could work with and it planned out perfectly 10/10. GoogleA very professional company. Whoever I spoke to either on the phone or in person was helpful and always had an answer for my questions. Michelle was excellent at chasing up the other parties when things went quiet and getting the sale pushed through. I would definitely recommend Sharman Burgess to anybody buying or selling a property.

GoogleI have both bought a property and sold one (on 2 occasions) with Sharman Burgess and they are hust amazing. When buying a property up for sale, I was kept fully informed of the progress and help was available every step of the way. Having recently sold the same property, the whole experience was positive. Appointments were on time, photography was great, and viewings arranged to suit. Sold very quickly and then from there they kept me fully up to date with progress, supporting on any issues up to completion with a follow up call to confirm all was OK. Having previously purchased and been in a chain with a problems throughout, having a professional and local agent to assist is absolutely worth every penny and essential. GoogleRight from the start of our dealings with Sharman Burgess it was obvious that this company knew their business. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We kept each other informed throughout the process. We were let down by our buyer pulling out which slowed our purchase down but Michelle was never phased by our difficulties and was always very positive towards us. Our journey from Kent to Boston on completion day was delayed by a number of factors but someone was prepared to wait at the office beyond closing time to enable us to collect the keys to our new home. Thanks to all involved at Sharman Burgess for your help in getting us finally settled in our new Boston home.

GoogleChristian and the team are amazing and could not fault them. If you want an estate agent who is up front and honest, then Sharman Burgess offers this. They listened to my needs and adapted to cater for us, they kept us up to date on all developments, & really eased the tension of selling. What mattered was the consideration and respect - from Sharman Burgess team, we needed a sale and they did it - turnaround was amazing 1 week - after 3 months not moving anywhere pervious. The team never undermined us or talk down to us on the telephone, the replies were quick on email - and reassurance was issued - and made clear. Sharman Burgess are so considerate and helpful. Their photographer was professional and so friendly, when taking the photos. We doubt we will sell again - but if we did then we would have no doubt in choosing Sharman Burgess, and if any family, friends ask what agents to use - we would always recommend. They were the only agency in Boston that would do viewings after office hours which made it very easy for us. They were really brilliant throughout, communication was excellent and we were also given some helpful advice. Massive thanks to Chris West who went above and beyond for us. GoogleOur thanks go to Andrew and his team in relation to a recent house sale we made through them. We used Sharman Burgess after a recommendation, they couldn't have been better. Right from the first contact they kept their promises. The house was valued accurately and proportionate to its condition, a number of early viewings before an agreement was made with a buyer. After that, regular phone call updates received from either Andrew or one of his team. A very professional company which we reccomend without any hesitation.
