GoogleWe have recently purchased a house where Bairstow Eves were the acting agent for the vendor. All the staff at the office have been excellent, right from the first contact to arrange a viewing to the handover of the keys on completion, even then there were follow up calls to ensure everything was ok. They even arranged for a carpet fitter to gain access to the house to measure up before completion. They have been polite, professional and proactive throughout the process, the people we dealt with were, Amy, Jess and Ellie. They are always very professional, polite and friendly. They worked really hard to sell my house and kept in regular touch to keep me up to date and informed. GoogleWe found Isaac to be very professional in his approach and equally responsive to our queries prior to our viewing. This included securing an accepted offer prior to our internal viewing! At the viewing he was very courteous and able to answer our questions on site. He also put us in touch with your in house conveyancing service. We very much hope that our experiences to date will continue, in order to bring our purchase to a satisfactory conclusion!

I've been letting my property in Old Leake for several years and they continue to deliver an excellence, friendly and highly professional and responsive service. They are efficient and effective at resolving any issues no matter how large or small and offer a advice and a professional perspective that only those with the knowledge and wisdom of what a landlord needs and wants can provide. So kind, friendly, helpful and patient with me especially when the first property I was interested in were dragging their feet in the negotiating stage but they kept going and kept me informed either by phone or email about everything. When I finally found a house they again kept me informed with everything that was happening and were so helpful. On day of completion and when it come to the collection of keys, due to me not be able to drive, the team even offered to meet me else where to make matters easier (luckily I managed to sort things). Would definitely go via Bairstow Eves again.
