GoogleI was very disappointed with the service from this branch. Several things could have been better. I requested to change the viewing time to see a house and tried to get through to the agent. I sent a text, email and left a message but I was totally ignored. I was flexible with the original time but this was not reciprocated. The viewing itself was not good. The same agent I was dealing with met myself and my partner at the house and as soon as I tried to ask why my communication was ignored, he leapt into showing us around the house without asking about our situation, or even how we were. The way they presented themselves was very poor overall. As far as we were concerned, they had no interest in us and they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.

Hi Jeremy, I'm really sorry to hear you hadn't been happy with the service you had received on this rare occasion, I really hope me speaking and running through your concerns has helped you to understand, as due to Covid viewings are kept to a maximum of 15 minutes.
With regards to requesting a change of time for the viewing as my colleague had been packed with viewings over the bank holiday weekend and that the seller was only able to do viewings in the morning on the bank holiday Monday and due to the overall demand if we moved the viewing to another day it would of only been cancelled due to the interest and offer's received on the home.
Our phone lines are open from 8am - 10pm everyday.
