GoogleI just wanted to say what a wonderful experience we have with both Eric & Stevie at Carringtons on the Borehamwood high street. When looking for houses & advise we were lost and after speaking with these guys it was so simple and straight forward. Went above and beyond to help and advise us. It was fantastic.

GoogleI totally don’t recommend this agency for renting apartments! for people who want to rent an apartment, they are ignorant. on Friday I saw the apartment (which in the photos looks different than it really is, a completely different apartment! a different building!). on Friday I called again so my partner could see them, the man working there said, I'll call you back. of course he didn't call. we called again on saturday, no one was picking up the phone. there was a bank holiday on monday no one was working. Tuesday 9 am the apartment was rented. the same situation happened with another apartment from this agency! I really don't recommend using their services, there are many more friendly and helpful agencies out there!

GoogleFantastic experience from start to completion. I dealt with Stevie who kept me informed every step of the way. My house sold very quickly thanks to the experience and friendliness of the team at Carrington’s.

GoogleI have recently been viewing some properties with Carringtons and they have been super accommodating. They have thought of properties I wouldn’t have considered a better understanding on properties I now find suitable. Eric and Stevie are you one stop shop for all your property requirements! Top class!

GoogleI have used Carrington for many years, buying, selling and renting. Would not of use them so often if I wasn’t 100% happy. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAn amazing agent. Have worked with both Stevie and Eric for the last few years and they are an outstanding team. Stevie goes out of his way to offer the best possible service. They manage and look after our portfolio of properties and I can always sleep well knowing that they always do a fantastic job. They check out tenants properly and never just let to anyone. They do quarterly inspections and they always find me tenants for my properties. I had approached a few different agents in Borehamwood before picking Carringtons and I have never looked back. Thank you for such great service.

GoogleLANDLORDS AVOID - This estate agent has been advising tenants that they can use the new legislation to live rent free with no eviction prospects for 6 months. The estate agent still get their agency fees. Landlords lose out.NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Sir/Madam, I note you are using this forum to make baseless and false allegations about Carrington Estate Agents. Please be aware we are governed by the Property Ombudsman and as such, must maintain professional standards at all times. I would kindly ask you to raise a complaint to the Ombudsman if you can prove in any way what you are implying and please report the findings on this forum. We pride ourselves on the basis we manage over 200 properties and have successfully rented over 1000 properties during our twenty years of service to the Borehamwood community. We are thankful and grateful to the hundreds of tenants and landlords that have chosen to use our services. Indeed to date, this is the first, albeit, baseless accusation of any wrong doing or lack of professionalism. The Ombudsman would indeed take very seriously your allegations, if of course they could be proven. We have just received exclusive sole agency rights to the new development of 51 Studio, One Bed and Two Bed penthouse apartments in Borehamwood that we will be showcasing this weekend. We would invite all Borehamwood residents and potential landlords to visit our open weekend by appointment to sample first hand what we choose to believe is a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional approach to the Borehamwood Rental property sector. We very much look forward to welcoming you. Kind regards Eric Hussain Managing Director Carrington Estate Agents

GoogleCarrington sold my property and I couldn't of been happier with the service I received. Eric and Stevie updated me with the progress regularly and the move was very swift with minimal stress. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone! And enjoying a bottle of champagne with them on completion was a great treat

YellVery rude sales representative
Very rude sales agent... when he realise the offer is lower, he rudely shut the door and ask me to go out... he needs to learn some manners. Never do business with him again..
