As she also lived nearby to the property, she was able to not only answer questions about the house but also the local area. She remained in regular dialogue with us throughout the process always keeping us in the loop. Communicating with work commitments was made easier as we spoke via WhatsApp, she was always on hand to answer questions or request information from the sellers.

We had a free property consultation a few months back and we were given what we felt was a realistic valuation... higher than we were hoping for, but not so high that our house would likely sit stagnant on the property portals. Throughout the consultation we received invaluable insights (she truly knows this area!) and honest advice for things we hadn't even considered, and ultimately we decided to follow Holly's advice and NOT sell right now. When the right time comes around in the future we won't even consider getting a second opinion... Hogmoor Homes will be our go-to agent.
