Holly has truly been the best estate agent we have met and will always highly recommend her to anyone either buying or selling! What a journey our house move has been. We initially selected a different agent and changed to Holly several months into our house sale. From the get go Holly was leagues ahead of our previous agent! She was proactive, personable and always went the extra mile to get our house sold. After we accepted an offer on our house and our buyers pulled out due to personal circumstances Holly quickly acted to gain interest and re-sell the house so we didn’t loose our intended purchase by using her local contacts and reaching out using advertising. However, with our new agreed offer in place, it was the long complex process of getting to exchange where Holly shone even further and went above her responsibilities as our selling agent. She proactively chased slow solicitors and pushed through obtaining deeds of variation required for the sale providing us more updates than even our own solicitor. If you live in Bordon or the surrounding area don’t hesitate to consider using Holly as your estate agent if you are planning to move- you won’t regret it. Thank you Holly for getting us moved. :)

Myself and my husband recently purchased a house with Holly’s help. We were first time buyers, and honestly, absolutely clueless of pretty much everything that came with it. Holly was an absolute angel with everything. She was so incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable with everything, nothing was a ‘silly question’ ( I had a LOT of these!!!) She is SO on the ball, checked in regularly, told me what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. I don’t actually think we could have done it without her. I would recommend Holly to absolutely anybody buying a house, I’m hoping we never have to move but if we ever thought about it, Holly would be the first person I would call. Holly was integral to the successful sale of our property. She gave honest and realistic advice throughout the whole experience which was even more appreciated as a first time seller. She managed expectations and continually reevaluated the market to make sure we got the best sale price we could in a very challenging time for property. Her skills with progressing the sale and liaising with all the different parties involved were faultless. She made the process stress free and we always knew exactly what was going on without having to chase or push ourselves. Yes there are agents with lower fees but with Holly, you absolutely get what you pay for. I wouldn’t use any other agent and trust her experience and transparent approach entirely. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Holly at Hogmoor Homes is simply the best in the business. From our very first meeting with her we could sense her wealth of experience. She valued our home much higher than we expected but she got it absolutely spot on and we sold for full asking. Holly's true value shone through when times began to get hard. When it looked like we may lose our ongoing purchase due to delays at the bottom the chain, Holly kept everyone communicating and ensured the transaction completed and all parties were happy. We recently used Holly Wilson eXp to purchase our first property. Initially I had reservations using someone who doesn't have a physical office like most estate agents. However, upon initial contact she came across professional, she was prompt to our viewing, and was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and in specific the Development we were looking at. Unlike prior viewings with Agents, she was able to answer questions about the are in detail, any costs and day to day questions. Going forward she was quick to arrange additional viewings after our offer was accepted. As expected, the Solicitors weren't the most communitive, and made the process a lot harder than it should have been. Holly however, being CC'd in to most emails was quick to send us copies over so we could see where we were at, and if we needed to chase etc. We would have been in the dark 70% of the process had we not had Holly at the end of the phone. One of the biggest benefits of using Holly is her work ethic. As she is not office based, her work ours flex to suit the needs of the client, this meant she was usually taking / making calls with us late into the evening / night to suit our work pattern. Something you most definitely wouldn't get with an office based Agent, in addition she would shoot messages over for us to read and reply as and when we could, again keeping us in the loop and providing additional information / answers to questions. Since completing, I must admit we have still messaged on a few occasions to obtain information regarding things on the development. Being so local, she is well versed with how things work, and is always happy to advise, where as we are not only new to the area, but to the county. I would not hesitate to use Holly again for our next purchase / sale.
