We have recently sold our house in Bordon through Bushnell Porter. Having sold the previous house and bought the one just sold through Busnell Porter some years ago we had great service then just as we have had this time and I had no reason to use any other Estate Agent. Marcus and David are very professional and friendly, they took great photo's and secured a great price for us. They were always on the case to help chase things up and provide updates to us. Due to a problem futher down the chain the process took longer than it should and they did their upmost to assist in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for the Bushnell Porter team and I can highly recommend their services.

We honestly can’t thank the team enough, they were all incredible and we couldn’t have done it without them. We had a very long and difficult process to navigate, with a chain that nearly collapsed several times. Our estate agent completely disengaged post offer acceptance on our house, leaving us to communicate with everyone ourselves. We had an incredibly demanding buyer who threatened to pull out repeatedly, which was really hard to deal with. The team in Bushnell Porter stepped in and managed contact with her and her conveyancer, which wasn’t their job. I don’t know how we’d have coped without them and they really did get us over the line and into our dream house. I’d highly recommend them!

Selling a property can be stressful and painful enough, but having a good Estate Agent is a huge help. Both Marcus and David were invaluable throughout our sale and purchase. Due to various reasons beyond both our and Bushnell’s control our sale took almost a year to complete. Within that time we lost two purchases due to gazumping by other estate agents and also lost a buyer, but Marcus and David kept with us throughout. They were both incredibly supportive both of us and our eventual buyer, who was willing to persist with us to the end and eventually get the house she wanted. Bushnell’s understanding of the local area was invaluable and helped us finally get the house we now live in.Would I recommend Bushnell Porter? Absolutely, and without hesitation. I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to do so after dealing with Tim Kingsbury of Bushnell Porter Estate Agents in Southsea.Having seen a house I fancied I booked to have a viewing and this was the first time I met Tim. I have to say I'm weary of certain professions where stigmatism can be present. We can sometimes have preconceived ideas of how someone may be. I viewed the house and thought nothing much about my interaction with Tim that was pretty standard. As the weeks went by I had another viewing of the property which I found out was in probate. I got to communicate with Tim fairly regularly as the property ended up going to a sealed envelope bid.I got the house and continued working with Tim until the sale went through and contracts exchanged.I can be fairly critical of matters and don't provide praise back light heartedly but I will say that Tim Kingsbury was amazing. Communication was excellent, updates were excellent, Tim's commitment to supporting me was excellent. Good honest advice was given and Tim's experience shone through. He really is a credit to his profession and dispelled any preconceived ideas I held about estate agents. Tim worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through and for this I'd like to thank him and his team at Bushnell Porter. Don’t look elsewhere. Without David Holloway and Bushnell Porter our chain would have collapsed. David went above and beyond to get things sorted and we have moved with Bushnell Porter twice and they have helped us find our dream home. Other estate agents locally wine and dine you then drop you so you are left to sort everything yourself (Some well known ones in Liphook and Alton especially like to do this, our chain ended up not speaking to their own estate agents and all dealing with David as he was the only one prepared to get things done!!) However Tim Kingsbury phoned us weekly to update us on progress and this also gave us a chance to raise any issues we had. These were dealt with very quickly and professionally. We were purchasing two properties and Tim was the stand out professional compared to the other estate agents from whom we heard nothing on progress. We would definitely use Tim if we were to sell in the future.
