GoogleLinda Whittaker was acting on behalf of the vendors of the house we were buying. Yet despite that fact, she was far more accommodating, professional and helpful than our own estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate to employ Whittakers if I was moving home again. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe recently sold a house via Whittaker’s Estate Agents, Harwood, Bolton. From first contact all the way through to completion their service was excellent. Their customer ethos is exemplary, they went out of their way to help us the seller and the buyer. Their operation is very professional, producing a good brochure and web site pages, all of which were completed very quickly. They organised the EPC certificate for us and made suggestions as to solicitors we could use. All of these touches took a lot of pressure out of what can be a stressful process. It is not as if their fees are extra high for this high level of service, I would say they are exceptional value for money. Whether your are buying or selling I can highly recommend you contact them to see what they can do for you.
