GoogleNot impressed. I arranged a viewing with a girl named Georgia and she didn’t turn up. When I rang to find out where she was, she tried to tell me that I hadn’t arranged an appointment. Until I pointed out the timing of the conversation I had with her Not good. Not professional. Not getting our business

GoogleHaving known Karl for over 40 years it is no surprise what a success he is making of this business. What is more rewarding is that work ethic and attention to detail is held by all the staff. The quality of the photos and marketing of my properties is of a far higher standard than I have experienced from other agents I have used in the past. Good honest advice and vetting of potential tenants takes away a whole host of stress surrounding my portfolio. This combined with a friendly and efficient service makes them a real winner. One of Price & Co's lines is "Run By Landlord's for Landlord's" and it is fair to say this is the only agent I have every had confidence in to work on my behalf and protect my investment.

GoogleExcellent service. Asked Price & Co to provide a valuation of our property and appraisal. Found them to be very informative and knowledgeable which gave us confidence to market our property with them. Once we gave them the instruction they went to work immediately. Sale sign went up within 24hrs of arriving to take property photos and property details for marketing. Within a few days it was marketed online and an offer accepted after 5 days. Property Sold. Thank you all at Price & Co.
