GoogleI purchased a leasehold property in Manchester in January 2025 through Mistoria. My contact was John Mackie - I found John to be helpful, approachable and responsive and would recommend his services. My only criticism is that John advised on the initial viewing that the property was exempt from cladding regulations. This was, in fact, not correct and the purchase ended up being significantly delayed by the need to comply with said cladding regulations. These delays were not Mistoria's fault but it would have been good to have correct information from the outset so expectations could be managed.

I’ve rented a property through Mistoria (Little Lever Branch) for over 5 years, but the past 4/5 months have been beyond frustrating. I first raised multiple serious maintenance issues back in February, it's now June, nearly July, and not a single one has been resolved.
