Throughout my dealings with Bolton Properties, the whole team have been very patient, professional and attentive to detail andI'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. It's pretty obvious why they are constantly up for National Awards.

Bolton properties certainly delivered, the whole process from start to finish was seamless, they vetted and found a suitable tenant based on my brief, arranged all viewings and dealt with all the commercials and contracts seamlessly, I'm kept in the loop on a regular basis which gives me peace of mind, knowing that my property is being looked after and Bolton properties where spot on in placing a ideal tenant. GoogleBuyers and sellers BEWARE!!! This estate agency employs dishonest agents who lie and don’t even have the shame to admit it later!!! To me it looks like they have deals with investors/landlords/ friends/family members/etc. and they successfully block viewings and potential offers from the public so they sell properties to the above mentioned people and probably get their fair share from it. I would never sell my house through them and I feel sorry for the vendor who has just lost the chance to get a better price for their house. Really, I should have contacted the Property Ombudsman and other relevant trading agencies and ask them to look into it. Shame on you Bolton Properties.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Chris I knew he oozes class & professionalism , from the impeccable dress code , through too his breathtaking attention to detail , I have now sold four properties through Bolton properties & the service really is A1 - no wonder Phil Spencer , Jackie’s brother and all the celebs trust him to do the deal . GoogleBrilliant Estate Agents they worked hard to sell our house and put it on the market for more than any other had. We got more for the house than any other estate agent wanted to advertise it for. They took more pictures than any other and were always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask a question. Nothing was too much trouble I can not praise them enough. If you are looking to sell your house these are the people to use.
