Went to book a home for a friend and the Sales executive was too Rude to me (she said she wont talk to me as am not her customer). Ashberry need to train their sales person on how to behave to the people properly. With this kind of attitude Ashberry homes are definitely going to loose some customers for sure.

The sales replied my friend and the agent that the plot was not yet released so it couldn’t be reserved. However when they double checked later, the sales replied it was reserved. I think the reservation system is not transparent or clear enough and we feel really suffer and disappointed. It seems that buying house here is by luck.

It all happened so fast! We put the property on a hold then had a meeting with a sales rep who talked us through the process. We were sold before the meeting so we didn’t need much convincing, but it was such a simple and exciting meeting. Paid the reservation fee and now we wait til the thing’s built!

Paid for a reservation. Our buyers pulled out and Ashberry was unwilling to help keep the property off the market whilst we find another buyer, even when we was going to use Ashberrys selling scheme.

Nice looking homes. We had to take pictures of the drawings of the plot as well as pictures of the costs for extra options. I would have expected a pack of some type. Layout of sales cabin is small and sales office not 100% knowledgeable of the site, extras it s area.
