GoogleI am very pleased to have sold our property through Wilson’s in Bolsover as I was very impressed with their services and very satisfied with their all-inclusive package deal. The first person I met was Jack Wilson who came to do the valuation. He was very friendly and showed much interest in why I was selling and what my plans were. He was also very good at explaining what kind of package deal they were offering. What really attracted me to selling with Wilson’s was the fact that they were very local. They already knew the area very well and have sold hundreds of properties there before. They were also very friendly and approachable which is always helpful and appreciated. The other thing that really stood out to me was their all-inclusive package deal. This includes the price for the sales conveyancers and they were able to tell us exactly how much we would be paying at the completion of the sale which is not the case for every estate agent. They reassured me that they would be doing everything for us which was very helpful for an inexperienced seller. If you’re thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend you give Wilson’s Estate Agents a call and ask them for a valuation. You will not be disappointed by their friendly and helpful service and what they have to offer.

GoogleBrilliant- Hayley, Jack and Caroline provided me with the best service from start to finish. Even asking 100s of questions like I do they never once didn’t reply to my emails. Each email and phone call was knowledgeable and friendly. Even when things got slightly frustrating they didn’t give up. They helped. Wouldn’t go anywhere else they are now our family agent any sale will be through them. This is my second sale with them and I can’t thank them enough for their support and advice through both. My purchase is also through Wilson’s and I can say I’ve been kept informed and up to date throughout the whole process. Provided information regarding my search for properties. Assisted us in locating our dream house. I look forward to seeing you all in the future. Thank you all so much.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service - called me 5 minutes after the viewing appointment time, saying "I don't know who booked this in, but we don't do viewings on a Saturday"..... following it up with "oh, and the landlord has already let the property", I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if possible.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi Tom, I can only apologise for this. The original booking was made in error by a staff member covering one of our offices so wasn't aware. Completely agree this isn't acceptable and we have since made improvements to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for brining it to our attention, and once again our complete apologise for the inconvenience caused.

FacebookI recently used Wilson Estate Agents to sell my house and the standard of service was absolutely out of this world. You hear a lot about Estate Agents just trying to make a quick sale to get their bit of profit and move on but that couldn’t be further from the truth when it comes to Wilson’s. Their knowledge of the market and when the right time to sell is made me more money than I would have got if I’d just took the first offer that came in. They have numerous contacts within the industry that helped me with valuations and getting the little things over the line. They even helped move things along when the solicitors appeared to be dragging their feet a little. It was also clear that they valued the buyer and seller equally and did what was right for both us. The level of communication was second to none and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. It’s absolutely no question that I will use Wilson’s the next time I require an Estate Agent. Overall it was a great service with a personal touch, great local and market knowledge and reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend!!!
