TrustpilotGreat experience.
I have recently let a property through Cubitt and West and the experience so far has been really good. Ciaran in particular is very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Even if he doesn’t know the answer there and then, he will endeavour to find out and come back to me promptly.

GoogleThe staff I spoke to on the phone to arrange the viewing were friendly and helpful and the viewing was good, I was given time to see the property properly both inside and outside, I never felt rushed. When I made an offer the staff were again friendly, helpful and efficient/well organised. I would recommend the Bognor branch.

TrustpilotAVIOD LINDSAY ROWLATT (HORAM)
This estate agents is a complete joke. The whole time we have had Lindsay unfortunately, poor communication, stinking attitude and expects us to jump when it takes her a lifetime to sort anything out.Never will I go through estate agents again. Sort your self out and do your job. All you care about is your bloody commission
