I used cubitt and west initially as they were the only estate agents i phoned who actually answered the phone and Madison in the waterlooville office was very helpful and guided me through the process as i hadn't had to sell a house for over 30 years. The sale went through quickly and the online portal was a really useful tool to see what comments were being made.

From my first contact with Ross the manager who was informative, helpful and friendly, through to Kate, who has been absolutely brilliant in showing people round, keeping me well informed as to what is happening with the process, telling me about any feed back from the viewings and above all keeping me up to date with everything. The Cubitt & West lettings team were so helpful with the process of putting my flat up for rental. They understood my priorities and communicated all the details I needed to think about e.g. smoke/CO alarms, tax on profits etc. They were patient with keys that didn't work for the flat (despite working earlier) and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I'm have zero concerns about working with them moving forward.
