GoogleTime wasters. I gave them all my details and a lot of personal information which they asked for to arrange a viewing, and then they let the advertised place to someone else before I even got a date to see it.

Myself and my partner have just rented an absolutely gorgeous property here in Cornwall. From the very first enquiry phone call, to viewing, moving in; the whole process was just super simple, efficient and with a real personal feel to every interaction.. (which is rare thesedays in such a digital world!). We felt so valued as tenants and feel comfortable and confident to contact our Property Manager about anything at all. - Not that we need to because they cover everything in the process.
