We had updates every step of the way and louise always returned my calls and she was always on hand for any questions we had. I would like to thank louise especially for everything she done for us during the whole process, she kept me calm when it got stressful and was always happy and positive. All of the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and found me a new tenant within a week or so of the property being let. I would recommend Lennon's to anyone wishing to let or sell their home.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR RENTING OUT PROPERTIES. When I first approached Lennons, I was very impressed with the help and information I was provided with. They kept me updated regarding viewings and tenants. Unfortunately once they received the finding fee the service went downhill. I had to chase them for references and contracts and the moving in process and date was not communicated well. Due to work commitments, I paid for full management which was a complete waste of money. The tenants were problematic (no fault of Lennons) and the letting agent did little to help, I don’t know if this was down to lack of knowledge or just the way they operate. I highlighted several issues which were not dealt with and made 2 complaints to management where I was assured there would be improvement but this never happened. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I have had to attend the office to find out what I was going on, not really what I expect when under full management. I notified them of damage to the property one month prior to the tenants moving out to which I was informed a full inventory would be done. This did happen but it was after the tenants moved out so was told I had to sort this and send invoice as I was out of contract! Again not what is expected of full management. Communication is slow and poor and I often had to chase them up. I could go on and provide further information but basically the whole process has been incredibly stressful and upsetting for me. I am now with another agent who are cheaper and providing a much better service.

GoogleIve been in the rental industry for almost quarter of a century and throughout that time I have used several agents - some better than others. But i can honestly say that since i engaged with Lennon’s I have never experienced such good service They score five stars in every aspect of their agency From their friendly approach whereby the staff really listen to my needs - to how promptly they respond to my queries and deal with problems without a fuss , often going over and above with advice and information Ive found other agents wanting in so many areas and its refreshing to be able to have Lennon’s on board. They are efficient, reliable, transparent with their fees, don’t charge for tiny services and absolutely nothing seems to be too much trouble to them After 25 years in the industry I have even learned a unique way of operating my business after taking their advice and suggestions on board They knock spots off other agents Ive used And i can honestly say all of their staff are so lovely Its a pleasure to deal with each one of them I could write a book and I am so grateful to them They've taken the strain out of my rental business I have also used their sales department in the past and the sale ran so smoothly and they were spot on with their valuation I would like to take the opportunity, therefore, to thank all the staff in the Blyth office for their help and advice Maureen Reed K and M Reed Properties
