I dealt with Lennon Properties when purchasing my new property in Blyth - Louise was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like nothing was too much trouble, and Louise would go out of her way to rectify issues to keep the house purchase on track. There were regular updates by phone and email and it felt like a really personal / professional service - we always knew progress was being made and this was largely down to Louise being so persistent. Overall I wished I had sold our house using Lennon's as our experience with another local agent was not comparable. Louise is a credit to Lennon Property and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Louise and the team at Lennon properties were the agents for the house i purchased, there were a few issues along the way and Louise kept me updated and informed every step of the way, more than my solicitor! I feel like Louise went above and beyond her role to keep everything moving, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new home but if I ever wanted to sell I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lennon Properties and highly recommend them

We bought a house through Lennon in Blyth. Louise was our primary contact and from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. We were 1st time buyers and had possibly the worst Solicitors possible. Louise guided us through the process, kicked our Solicitors up the backside repeatedly as needed and liased regularly with the vendor and their solicitor to make sure things were kept ticking over and that we were on top of what we needed to do. Would highly recommend.
