GoogleStayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you didn't get to see the property. Your viewing was booked for 2:30pm. Our colleague arrived on time and waited for 20 minutes. At 2:50pm we spoke with you and you said you'd be at least another five minutes. Our colleague's next viewing was at a different property, 15 minutes' drive away. They couldn't wait any longer without being late for buyers who had arrived on time, or for the homeowner expecting them. They offered to rearrange your viewing for another time, and that offer still stands. This property is a corporate sale. With these sales, the seller has to keep the property on the market and keep taking viewings and offers right up until contracts are exchanged, even after an offer has been accepted. The online listing says this, and we explained it when your viewing was booked. We also ask everyone to view a property before we put their offer forward. We've listened back to the call. We're satisfied our colleague was polite and professional throughout. We understand it was frustrating to be running late and then miss the viewing. GoogleThe gentleman who showed me round was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things I had not noticed that would effect future work that would need attention. On a second property I viewed my impressions of being fine to move in with no changes were confirmed. Further knowledge of the local area was helpful as well. Honest and unbiased information was welcome and very helpful. I am currently awaiting solicitors and contract exchange so things have gone well so far. If you have no solicitor or any surveyor yet Webb's can put you in contact with people to help you with that.

GoogleVery unprofessional experience. I had a property viewing booked and was called by Webbs around 30 minutes beforehand to confirm I was still attending and that the agent would be there too. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I then received an email and phone call cancelling the viewing! I was told they had missed the cancellation email from the vendor the day before because they were at their Christmas party. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of basic organisation and respect for people’s time. At a second viewing with the same agency, the agent said he couldn’t answer any questions about the property as he was from a different branch. This does not inspire confidence at all. Would not recommend.
