Fantastic service from this estate agents! We are renting a property from them and unfortunately last week myself and my 3 year old ended up locking ourselves out of the house (leaving the keys inside with car keys also attached!) at school pick up time!! I rang the office and they sent the owner with the spare set of keys to my door, who arrived within 15 minutes - absolutely fantastic service! This could of been an absolute nightmare - especially as I had 2 children needing picking up from school and a 3 year old in tow but thanks to Michael Anthony, they came and saved the day! Thank you so much again.

Poor service. Sale fell through 3 times because they faffed about! Whenever we wanted to know some information we were constantly told they would call us back but alway had to ring them again...until of course they wanted something off us then they would harass us.

Absolutely terrible experience as a vendor. 3 days before agreed completion it comes to light from my lawyer that the buyers have not even been financially qualified and have no mortgage offer in place. This agent has no idea how to manage a sale and in my opinion is completely incompetent. This is the second time the sale has fallen through within a couple of months. Will never use again and would definitely not recommend them.

We had an estate agent turn up with a family for a viewing that Mr Satpal Panesar had failed to notify us for. Also when we rang to book a viewing on a house we wanted to see Mr Panesar rudely asked if we were able to afford the house. They have proven to be very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house
