We bought a home on queensgate 6 years ago and we are still finding issues even now. As soon as the weather drops the house is freezing cold, it doesn't appear the required amount of insulation has been installed, and you can stick your hand under most doors, you can even get a few fingers through the front door. Give these a swerve, and that goes for anything bellway too.

What should a lovely new home on Poppy Fields to enjoy has turned into a very stressful and basically a nightmare! I have been lied to on numerous occasions. The finish on the external paint work is very poor, clearly rushed and a child could do better! Everything requested is such a chore! There are very limited updates regarding what is going on to resolve issues. Constantly having to chase things. I have taken numerous days off work due to the incompetencey of internal workmanship which has to be repeatedly been done wrong. The list is endless. Ashberry is a disgrace. They can't even spell names right on complaints! Apologies are constant but not worth saying if things are not progressed with the same continual issues rising. Further issues still not resolved and the saga continues.
