This is my second use of this service from the team in Blandford Forum (with support from S&S in Sturminster Newton). The service functions like a well oiled machine - with a kind, responsive and professional energy. It's clear everyone works hard and together to make things happen. There was a lot to do. We viewed a property over a year ago and had our offer accepted. Just before exchange, we lost our buyer. Symonds & Sampson had just the right balance of giving us a bit of time to find a new buyer but also acting in the interests of their client. The property market was terrible but David kept in touch every week or two to keep us updated. When we did find another buyer, we had another viewing, with Michael this time, who was excellent. We offered again and the house is now ours. David and Charlotte were brilliant and kept us informed all the way through. There was a delay on completion day which meant we couldn't get the key before close of business. Bridget made a detour on her way home to drop the key off at the property so we could actually get in late in the day. Very good service from everyone at the Blandford office.

Excellent service from David and his team for the sale of a late relatives house. We found there was great attention to detail which we valued, and have found lacking in other agents previously. From the initial meeting there were proper answers to questions we had, and practical solutions. David never gave evasive answers that glazed over the detail in order to obtain our instruction. Especially as it was a more interesting scenario where I had been renting and living in the same property for the previous few years. The landlord was selling up and David was very sensitive and professional in taking care of the rollercoaster of emotions going around my head for the past month. I never had to chase up viewing feed back and our buyers were extremely impressed with Nathan who undertook all the viewings with them.
