We had a particularly 'trying' purchase and the team at Forum sales were always hugely helpful and endlessly patient. They did everything possible to ensure the sale of my flat and onward purchase progressed and they had great links with our local solicitors. This is the second time I have used the services of Forum sales and I would highly recommend them.

Forum Sales & Lettings have been amazing… once again!! They handled my sale perfectly and were professional at all times. They went over and above with everything to ensure it went through quickly and smoothly and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Fabulous service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future

I first let my flat through Forum about 2 years ago. I liked the people there who were very approachable and supportive throughout the process. My original tenant recently moved on and they found a new tenant very quickly so that there was no break in rental income. They are always there when I need them, a big advantage for me, as I live 150 miles away from my flat. I can highly recommend Forum to anybody looking for a reliable letting agent.

These people will take your money and run away. On the day you move into your property it will be filthy and many things will be broken. You may have to wash down the walls and have the carpets cleaned yourself. They won't even care. Do not use these cowboys, find a private landlord who cares. Enough said.

I sold my house with Forum Sales & Lettings and had a truly positive experience. Their communication was excellent (dealt mainly with Martin). He was very pro-active chasing buyers and solicitors. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I am a subcontractor that's worked for this company for several months now and I would highly recommend them. They have a friendly service that is always available, even on a weekend. They always pay my invoices promptly and have faith in my ability to provide the best price I can.

I have dealt with Forum Sales and Lettings before both for a property purchase and for a property sale and was very impressed with the service. I have now moved my six rental properties to them for them to manage, and again, very professional, friendly and competent service so far. I would recommend.

The comminication from the start was not very good.. I am not really impressed first impressions have put me off really..

Louise · 13 March 2018

Agent replied

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as you were made aware the owners of the property you expressed an interest in live overseas, and took a little while to respond to our communications. At the point of having serious interest in letting their property they subsequently decided to withdraw the property from the letting market as they are looking to sell the property. Obviously we cannot control our clients decisions. Good luck with your ongoing property search.
