GoogleI would highly recommend using Forum for selling your property! Martin explained the whole procedure really clearly and was always happy to answer any questions. Tom took amazing photos/drone shots and the marketing was excellent. They treated the property with respect when showing clients around and always kept in touch with updates after viewings. Thank you for getting us through what turned out to be a pretty stressful process!!

GoogleThis must be the best estate agent in Blandford Forum. Very professional throughout with excellent communications to keep us in the loop whilst selling our flat. GoogleWe all know that buying a house can be stressful, let alone doing it at the start of a worldwide pandemic and a national lockdown, whilst starting a new job ... and it was! It was great to have Martin on our team! His unwavering optimism, friendly advice and professionalism was top draw. None of the challenges we needed to overcome seemed to worry him and we can through them unscathed. If Martin hadn't found us our forever home I would have no hesitation in using him again, but he did and we have no intention of moving! I would however wholeheartedly recommend Martin and the team to anybody.

GoogleWe purchased a house through Forum, Ashley (the agent) was lovely, very friendly and considerate, he kept a good communication going and was always very responsive and active in anything we needed to help the sale. He has also been equally as kind and helpful after the sale when we reached out which shows he genuinely cares and wants us to love our new home (we do!)

GoogleMyself and my partner bought our first house using Forum and they made the process so much easier and relaxing! Martin helped us throughout the whole process, whether that was chasing up the solicitors or communicating with the vendors when we had questions - he made the experience a lot less daunting. Upon completion, we received a lovely gift box from the team which was a lovely touch. Couldn’t recommend Martin and Forum enough!!

GoogleWe would wholeheartedly recommend Forum Sales and Lettings. Martin took brilliant photos of our home and Tom marketed the property fantastically. As first time sellers we had many questions, and Tom guided us through the process professionally and with good advice. We accepted an offer within 5 days of our house going on the market, very close to asking price. Through no fault of Forum, the process of the sale took longer than expected, but Tom remained in touch throughout and went above and beyond to check on our vacant property regularly after we had moved overseas. GoogleEveryone in the team at Forum Sales & Lettings were really lovely and helpful with the sale of our property. We’d previously gone with a competitor of theirs who never got back to us and didn’t get us any viewings in the 2 weeks we were with them, and we found them rather rude. Within 2 days of being with Forum they’d already booked 3 viewings in for that week and couldn’t be more friendly and responsive. Martin was our main contact there and he went above and beyond to help us out and answer any queries we had. He even came to do viewings on his days off, he’s that committed! GoogleI’ve been using the services of Forum Lettings since 2006 and they have found many tenants all of which have been top quality. Ashley Babbs is professional in everything relating to finding and completing a tenancy agreement from vetting, contracting and credit referencing. I highly recommend Forum Lettings and will continue the use them in the future.

GoogleWe bought a house marketed through Forum. From our first appointment right through to completion and picking up the keys, Martin and his team were amazing. We needed tradesmen to look at a number of issues and Forum were very supportive and accommodating. Communications were fantastic and always available on the phone. From the word go he was highly invested in helping me and my fiancée Hannah get the price we wanted for our two bedroom terrace.
