I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Forum Sales & Lettings, the estate agent when selling my house. From the very beginning, Martin and his team were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered any questions I had and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Couldn’t recommend forum sales and lettings enough! The sales agent Tom Oliver is an asset to the company! From the start the process was seamless and no question went unanswered. The photos of our property were amazing and showed the property exactly how it was rather than making rooms look bigger like other companies do. Tom’s replies to any question, big or small were prompt and no issue at all. He kept us updated throughout and was professional throughout the process. As previously said, Tom is am asset to the company and forum are very lucky to have an agent who is so passionate about their role. Thank you for the quick sale of our property and seamless service!

I really cannot recommend Martin, and all the team at Forum Sales and Lettings enough. The house I wanted to purchase sold before I had a chance to offer and I thought that was the end of that but knowing how much I wanted it, when the sale fell through, Martin messaged me at 9.30pm on a Thursday night and told me I still had a chance. By the following Tuesday my house was on the market. 2 days after that it sold to the first person through the door and my offer was accepted on our perfect little house! The sale and purchase took 10 weeks total and I had fantastic support the whole way through. Thank you so much to Martin and everyone at F,S&L for your professional and knowledgeable service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.

I have only the highest praise for the service we received when selling our house through Forum Sales and Lettings. Martin was efficient with communication from the outset. When it came photographing our house, both Martin and Tom took their time and great care to get the shots just right and, as a result, the brochure looked amazing. In fact, it was the initial drone shot of the house which brought it to the attention of our buyers. Great online marketing as well as paper based brochures. Martin and Tom were respectful around the house in terms of removing their shoes (without us asking) and making sure that anyone visiting did the same. The process of selling is never simple, but Martin supported us and the whole chain, making sure we were kept informed and asking us to provide information in a timely manner. Using Whatsapp messaging was a great way of communicating and Martin responded very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If I went into the office, everyone working at Forum Sales and Lettings were helpful, polite and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and I must give a particular shout out to Martin.

We knew from the moment we met Martin at Forum Sales and Letting that he was the right person for us. Martin took great care in selling our home of 45 years. He spent the time explaining to my dad of 82 years the processes involved, he turned up early to spend time to chat to my dad as he knew he was desperately lonely. Forum Sales were brilliant at selling my house. It was Martin who dealt with everything from start to finish. We had a couple of bridges to cross as our first buyer had to pull out but Martin readvertised straight away and we started to get viewings. It wasn't back on the market long before we had our new buyers who were very patient whilst I managed to find somewhere new. From start to finish Martin was very helpful and patient and was always on hand at the end of a phone for any queries I had.
