GoogleHad a viewing booked in for Saturday. No confirmation but got to the property at the time of the appointment but no agent around. Called seymours three times while waiting outside over 40 minutes and was told someone would call back each time...no one did, even until now.
We were disappointed to hear of your experience. However you do not appear to be registered with us on on our system. Perhaps you are referring to a different agent? We take customer feedback very seriously so please do respond so we can address this for you.

Awful experience with Seymours during our tenancy here. An incident occurred where the communication was so poor from Seymours Lettings that they failed to inform us of a viewing of our property, meaning that the agent let themselves into the property whilst a young female was home alone. To make matter worse, they tried to avoid filing this complaint by having a telephone conversation. Do not recommend.
