GoogleHard working, professional, great communicator and very friendly. Just a few words to describe Janet Carroll who sold our house recently. She was excellent from the beginning to the very end of the process. I would definitely recommend Janet to anyone wishing to sell their home.

GoogleI received a very rude response to my enquiry about a Blackrock property from Janet Caroll. I would not use her agency to sell or buy property in the future and I unfortunately would not recommend to others.NegativeProfessionalism
Nessa, was unhappy being advised she had to attend a viewing in person before it would be possible to purchase a property with us. Her review is malicious. I advised her unless her mother was purchasing the property there was no point in wasting her Mums time viewing. Our vendors have small children and have asked us to limit viewings. She was also informed we have high interest. Janet

FacebookIn Janet's previous job she successfully secured the sale of one of the most remarkable, and the most notable houses in south county Dublin. It is now being thoroughly enjoyed by the new owners, and with the sale of that house, I would trust Janet to get a top price for some of the top areas in Dublin or further a field. The other thing about Janet is that she is the kind of person that would take the stress out of selling which would certainly interest me. Finally Janet Carroll. The agent you'd recommend to a friend.
