I recently sold my house in Blackrock using Janet Carroll Estates as my auctioneer. Janet Carroll's autioneer Andrew Quirke was the Estate Agent who managed the sale. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with - he was always contactable, gave immediate feedback following a viewing and most importantly got the best price in the market. Janet and Andrew were superb from start to finish. Their interest in the property was evident from their first visit to us. They were open , honest and highly professional in their dealings with us. They were also very respectful of the buyers, which was important to us. Both Janet and Andrew showed great flexibility and commitment when arranging viewings and their feedback was always appreciated. When it came to closing the deal, they were fair and very focussed on our behalf. I felt very welcome when we met in the fab office in Blackrock , where the sense of pride in the business was evident from all the team. Janet, Andrew and Miriam were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We sold our house with them firstly - they offered wonderful, expert advice and guidance throughout the whole process. We then ended up buying with them too! I couldn’t recommend the agency more highly.
